I started my career in the construction industry, where I built companies with the goal to reimagine how architecture and renovation projects could deliver value, not just technically, but socially. My goal was always to create businesses that brought fresh ideas and made a real difference in people’s lives.

That mindset naturally led me into the startup world. The deeper I got, the more I realized something powerful: innovation doesn’t happen in isolation. It takes connection, collaboration, and community. That realization shifted my path from designing physical spaces to designing ecosystems where meaningful relationships and bold ideas can thrive.

Since then, I’ve worked across Brazil, Canada, and the U.S., leading community-building initiatives for innovation hubs, wellness brands, and creative professionals. I’ve designed events, content strategies, and engagement programs that bring the right people together and move ideas forward.

Today, I connect and empower AEC innovators—architects, engineers, builders, and entrepreneurs—through strategic communities that drive collaboration, generate business opportunities, and accelerate industry growth.
